A licensed realtor and luxury specialist, Elizabeth is the Founder and President at Birds Nesting, LLC. 

Birds Nesting, LLC specializes in catering to (but not limited to) incoming professional athletes, coaches, executives and their families relocating to the greater Philadelphia area. Offering more than just real estate services, the company provides comprehensive lifestyle support in areas such as health and wellness, extracurricular activities, childcare, pet care, and more. Her goal is to ensure that her clients “land in their new nest” comfortably and seamlessly.

Originally from New York City, Elizabeth was raised in New Jersey. Growing up in the tri-state area and being part of a large family network granted her an insightful understanding of the region’s dynamics. Her formative years were filled with a love for dance and active participation in various sports, which led to her earning a scholarship to the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. 

During her time in Philadelphia, Elizabeth showcased her talents as a member of prestigious dance teams such as the Philadelphia Wings and Philadelphia 76ers. Seeking to broaden her horizons, she pursued further education at Mercer County College before obtaining a Cosmetology license from the Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy in Northeast Philadelphia.

Fate intervened at the Philadelphia Phillies’ home opener, where Elizabeth crossed paths with her now-husband, Todd, a former athlete for the Philadelphia Eagles. Their shared experiences in the city sparked a profound connection, eventually blossoming into marriage and the joy of raising two children together. The couple’s journey through various urban and suburban residences ignited Elizabeth’s passion for real estate. Motivated by a desire to facilitate seamless transitions for others, she embarked on acquiring her real estate license, fueled by the mission to help people have “an easy landing”.

Above all, Elizabeth attributes her success to the invaluable support of her husband, the relationships she has cultivated over time, and her genuine satisfaction from assisting people and their families. She finds fulfillment making a positive impact on the lives of those she assists.
