About Nicole Hudson Andrews

Nicole Hudson Andrews has 18 years’ experience in real estate and seeks out opportunities to partner her two loves of education and real estate as she serves her clients. 

Nicole is licensed in both Pennsylvania & New Jersey.  She holds a Master’s of Liberal Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and worked at the University, managing their employee housing program that serviced the University, University of Pennsylvania Hospital, Presbyterian Hospital and its affiliates for 13 years.  Nicole is also a real estate instructor educating potential agents and current realtors.  She specializes in Luxury Real Estate in both Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey markets.

Nicole currently lives in South Jersey but was born and raised in Philadelphia.  She prides herself on bringing calming, purpose-driven guidance when working with her clients. Personally, she loves animals, travel and teas.
