With over 20 years of real estate experience, Nicole Hudson Andrews brings a unique blend of expertise, heart, and purpose to every client interaction. Licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Nicole specializes in luxury real estate across the Greater Philadelphia area and Southern New Jersey. Her commitment to excellence is matched only by her passion for education and service.

Nicole holds a Master of Liberal Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and spent 13 years managing the University’s employee housing program, serving staff and faculty from the University, Penn Medicine, and Presbyterian Hospital. Her background has given her deep insight into the complexities of relocation and institutional housing needs.

Today, in addition to serving her real estate clients, Nicole is also a real estate instructor, helping to shape the next generation of agents and support the continued development of seasoned professionals. She is known for her calm, purpose-driven approach, and her ability to make even the most complex transactions feel seamless and empowering.

Born and raised in Philadelphia and now based in South Jersey, Nicole brings a deep knowledge of both markets. When she’s not assisting clients or mentoring agents, she enjoys traveling, caring for animals, and savoring a great cup of tea.
