About Tania Schade

Tania Schade is a devoted real estate advisor whose commitment to transparency, communication, and collaboration makes her a valuable partner for clientele in the Philadelphia and New Jersey Shore markets. Prioritizing service above all else, Tania is dedicated to helping individuals and families successfully navigate the buying and selling process. She is a fierce negotiator who is calm under pressure and brings a “nothing is impossible” attitude to every deal.

Real estate combines Tania’s lifelong passion with skills she developed in the corporate world across two-plus decades. She was a business development executive in the technology consulting industry, partnering with clients to solve their most complex business and technology problems. While she loved selling consulting solutions to various companies, she was keen to apply her talents for problem-solving and building connections to a role that lay closer to her heart.

As a child, Tania attended open houses with her parents and became fascinated with the stories and design elements unique to each home. She saw her family and community build stability through home ownership and realized how much power there was in real estate. She got her real estate license in 2007 and has been helping clients ever since.

Tania is a first-generation Ukrainian American who was born and raised in Philadelphia and spent her childhood summers at the Jersey Shore. A long-time homeowner who has remained true to her roots, she splits her time between Center City and the Shore. She is a member of the Union League of Philadelphia and volunteers at Animal Outreach of Cape May.
