WELCOME TO BRYN MAWR
A bustling community conveniently located on the Main Line.
Bryn Mawr is a bustling community on the outskirts of Philadelphia. It feels very suburban with its great schools and welcoming neighborhoods. Residents are afforded easy access to shopping, community programs, and great dining. All told, it’s an exciting place to live, but it still maintains the privacy and space of a town beyond the city center.
Bryn Mawr was the name of a Quaker farm that was settled in the area north of Philadelphia in the late 1600s. It remained a small farming community until 1832 when the railroad arrived, bringing with it prominent Philadelphia residents, top-notch schools and healthcare, and new shops and dining.
Bryn Mawr has an exciting array of single-family homes, most of which are stone houses and Colonials. However, the real gem of Bryn Mawr is its selection of beautiful estate homes. Set on large plots along tree-lined streets, Bryn Mawr is the ideal spot for those who want a luxurious home close to the bustle.
