About Stephen Calandrino

Stephen Calandrino is a highly accomplished real estate professional with over two decades of industry experience. Licensed as a Broker in PA, NJ, NY, and FL, Stephen’s encyclopedic knowledge of transaction processes, selling techniques, and market dynamics has helped buyers, sellers, and developers navigate complex deals and achieve successful outcomes. He has an extensive track record with commercial, new development, multi-family, and single-family resales and balances his technical proficiency with bespoke service and a caring approach.

Stephen transitioned to real estate following stints at the prestigious New York City law firm, Brauner, Baron, Rosenzweig & Klein, and New York City’s largest NFL talent agency, Sportstars Inc. It was at this time that Stephen obtained his first New Jersey real estate salesperson license and worked part-time in his then hometown of Hoboken, NJ. Stephen began pursuing a full-time career in real estate in 2002 after moving to Middletown, NJ, with his family. He was a top-selling listing agent at a well-known regional brokerage, selling over 200 homes in under two years before being promoted to run the firm’s marketing and photography departments.

Stephen moved on to manage new construction luxury condominium sales in Philadelphia, initially for NJ-based developer K. Hovnanian and later for The Residences at Two Liberty Place and The Residences at the Ritz-Carlton. He has managed several national franchise and company-owned brokerage offices and has spent the last decade-plus owning and operating his own independent full-service real estate brokerage in the Old City neighborhood of Center City Philadelphia.

Stephen was born and raised on Long Island, NY, and attended Cold Spring Harbor High School. He pursued his undergraduate studies at Villanova University School of Business and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. He also received his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in two-and-a-half years and passed the New York and New Jersey Bar Exams.

Stephen is a loving husband and the father of three incredible children. He is a big sports fan and is a bit of a foodie who has appeared on the Rachel Ray Show. He is currently opening a family-owned specialty Italian wine shop and bar next to the SERHANT office in Philadelphia.
